We're Still Here...Here Meaning Preggo!

Hi all! Sorry for the no-posting-phase. To be completely honest, nothing is new since the last to my knowledge. We had an exciting moment last week, but it was a false alarm unfortunately. As of last Tuesday, I was 70% effaced still and 1 1/2 cm dilated. We have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning so hopefully things will be progressing!

We will keep you posted. My belly isn't much larger...In my eyes, but everyone else begs to differ! Pictures to come soon!!

Oh, one update: I have recently moved offices and I am now with Encore Market Realty Advisors. Still in Grand Haven and still working full time. Just a newer, nicer office to go to every morning! So forgive me for not getting my shower thank you's out in a timely manner!! They're on their way, I promise Gawkowski Family!

The End Is In Sight...Well At Least For The Doctor!

I had my first weekly appointment this morning. According to Dr. Buck, I am 70% effaced (which means my cervix is very thin) and one centimeter dilated. As my mother informed me, one centimeter is better than none!

Blood pressure and fetal heart beat were nearly perfect. Now we all play that lovely waiting game! I feel like I'm waiting for Christmas all over again, but I'm not sure exactly when Santa will show up!! Come on Baby G!!!

As 2008 vacated our lives, we were so lucky to literally be surrounded by friends and family. Considering the crowd consisted of three pregnant ladies and their ever doting husbands and boyfriends, we all opted for a much more comfortable and absolutely smoke-free environment. Although tiring, the night was an ultimate success. Good food, good friends, and lots of beer and champagne always makes for a great time. Here's to 2009 and the introduction of three beautiful children to our ever growing group!!
