HaPpY HaLLowEEn!

To celebrate our second Halloween together, Pete and I were invited to the Wiseman's annual Halloween Party. The theme this year was "Hollywood".

So what does a pregnant lady and her husband put together for a theme soaked ensemble? That was what we were wondering at 5 pm Thursday as we were racing around town trying to figure a costume out. We had a concept and at that point, we were going with it unless something genious hit us smack in the face before 9 pm on Halloween night!

Our idea, as you can tell by the pictures, was a bit risky. Pete thought we should be Hugh Heffner and a knocked-up Playboy Bunny aka Holly Madison's dream. I had a clear idea of what I needed to feel comfortable. An opaque black teddy, some bunny ears, a tail, and some thigh highs. I actually found everything I needed (although my pocket book suffered slightly).

Pete, on the other hand, was not as successful. He had a vision as well of what he wanted. If you don't know my husband, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have him just settle for something that isn't what he wants.
